Retreat Insurance Information & Conditions
INFORMATION: You are not committed to take out a Retreat Insurance in order to book through the Book4all.eu system. Be aware that any booking you make is a binding legal agreement, and you are obligate to pay the rent as stated – also if you, for whatsoever reason, cannot use the rental object. On this background we strongly recommend, that you make sure that you have a private insurance or that you accept the insurance we offer, as part of the booking process. Retreat Insurance Conditions 1. Who is covered? The persons mentioned on the voucher is covered. 2. Coverage Period The coverage period starts when Book4all.eu has received the deposit or full payment and until the beginning of the rental period. 3. What situations are covered? The insurance covers when one of the insured persons or a “risk person” is hit by one of the following situations: - Death - Badly injury - Unexpected serious illness - Unexpected increase in severity of existing illness - Intolerance to vaccines - Unexpected pregnancy illness - Significant damages on property owned by the covered persons, due to fire or nature destructive happenings 4. Who is “risk persons”? - Close relatives (parents, sister or brothers and children) - The covered persons wife or husband 5. What is covered? The payment obligations with regard to the Book4all.eu voucher. No other following costs are covered in connection with the rental agreement. 6. In case of damage Notify Book4all.eu immediate. Together with a written claim, a copy of the Voucher as well as full documentation for the claim reason must be included.
