Binding rental conditions
1. Voucher The voucher is the rent certificate confirming the concluded lease between the tenant and www.book4all.eu. The lease commitments are binding and include the specified object with the relevant specifications. The object must not be more people than noted on the rental voucher. 2. Payment Terms 25% of the rental amount must be paid by bank transfer at the time off online booking / reservation. Bank payment must happen within 24 hours of online reservation / booking. Is an online banking payment is not received within the deadline the reservation will automatically be removed. When online banking payment is received the system automatically switches the status from the reservation to fixed booking. The balance payable within 42 days before rental period commences. By hiring later than 42 days before the rental period start, the entire amount due for immediate payment at booking. If the full rental amount is not timely paid, may www.book4all.eu without notice cancel the lease agreement. Tenant has then no obligation to fulfill the lease and www.book4all.eu has no obligation to fulfill rental agreement. All prices are - if not otherwise stated - excl. electricity, heating, telephone, water, local tourism taxes, extra furniture, etc. These benefits can be charged separately to the current day's prices. At www.book4all.eu all prices are in Euro and the rental agreement is based upon the Euro price. 3. Rental object www.book4all.eu is not the owner of the rental object, but merely a vehicle for lease. www.book4all.eu is by the object owner is entitled to act in its own name and for the owner's expense. www.book4all.eu transmits a part of the rent to owner. Information about and descriptions of the object is received from the owner who is also responsible for the correctness thereof. www.book4all.eu will make the necessary checks on the provided information. 4. Consumption Consumption of electricity, heat, fuel, telephone, water, extra furniture, etc. must be settled in cash before departure. Consumption accounted for at the daily prices. Consumption cannot be offset against the deposit. 5. Deposit Owner or his representative may at any time charge a deposit if deemed necessary. The deposit may be used to cover damage, lack of cleaning or other circumstances in which the tenant can be held responsible for the hired object. 6. Cleaning The leased object shall be kept clean by the tenant during his stay and returned in the condition in which it was received. Any failure to cleaning (landlord's discretion) will be performed for the tenant's expense. Final cleaning can for most items be ordered within 3 days before departure. Please note that some houses and flats may have mandatory cleaning, which is then shown in the information for the object. 7. Responsibilities Tenant is responsible to anything that exists in the rented object in the rented period, and is liable against all damage caused. Should damage occur, the tenant is obligated to notify www.book4all.eu immediate thereof. Not reported injuries prior to departure from the object, will be repaired at the tenant's expense. If damage occurs during the rental period will try to be repaired promptly, however, must be anticipated normal local delivery times. Damage caused during the stay does not justify complaints about the object's quality or usability. There is no insurance covering the tenant's person or property during the tenancy. 8. Complaints In the unlikely event, any complaints in connection with the accommodation shall be notified in writing to www.book4all.eu within 24 hours of occupation of the object. For complaints related to cleaning, www.book4all.eu must be informed immediately after the occupation. Otherwise the tenant is liable for any errors or omissions see points 5 and 7. For a claim can be processed www.book4all.eu required deposit / fee paid (see price list). This deposit is refunded only if the tenant obtains all or substantially acceptance with his complaint. If there are several complaints, they must be treated individually and requires separate complaints deposit / fee. When a complaint is received, www.book4all.eu contacts the owner or his local Representatives for an assessment of the complaint. www.book4all.eu will then process the complain and the possible compensation. Complaints are finally completed upon receipt of settlement / consent of the owner. The maximum compensation payable per rental agreement is limited to 100% of rental price excl. any insurance. This also applies to the sum of all complaints. There shall be no compensation for any other factors related to the lease agreement. 9. Cancellation Upon termination of the lease within 42 days before commencement of the rental period, 25% of gross rent must be paid. By later termination the full rent amount must be paid 100%. It is recommended that tenants take out cancellation insurance. This will be done by the on-line booking. If not insurable through www.book4all.eu on-line, it is strongly recommended that tenants takes out a private insurance. 10. Insurance A cancellation insurance is offered at time of booking on www.book4all.eu In addition, it is recommended that the tenant sign the trip - medical and liability insurance through the normal private insurance provider. In this connection it is noted that the tenant is liable for any damage to the leased object during the tenancy. 11. Domestic animals / insects / special circumstances Pets are only allowed if authorized by the owner in advance. The pets shall be recorded in rental voucher (use note entry box at booking). Neither www.book4all.eu or the owner can be responsible for insects in or around the rented object. Similarly www.book4all.eu or owner is not liable for bother from neighbors or natural phenomena which are beyond our respective control. 12. Force majeure The rental agreement may be terminated without notice from www.book4all.eu 's part, as a result of the general force majeure, strikes or other circumstances which www.book4all.eu not have influence. 13. Dispute For the lease agreement Danish law applies. Any dispute must be settled at court by the www.book4all.eu’s main office residence. 14. Misprint Reservations are made for any typographical errors on Web site and in any printed materials.
